I've supported this app on and off for a while. But I canceled my membership and out of nowhere I find a charge in my account? I canceled it again but it never returned my money. I shrugged it off and have been trying to use it for what I paid. I can't watch offline viewing all of a sudden. Wish I could give it a better rating. Other than that I think putting the shows release days would be great too.

Good anime, lacking app 1. Recently updated section doesn't go far. 2. Recently updated doesn't say if it's new episode or new dubbed version. 3. Can't read all of title of different options of episodes to see which one is which dub or sub. 4. If episode times out, when you back out it'll skip that episode as if you've already seen it. 5. Would be great if you could filter which video services you want showing up in your recently updated. I just want Crunchyroll/ HI dive.

The app is good but honestly I can't stand the constant buffering when watching some shows like My Hero Academia. Or when I try to go onto the next episode it just loads me onto the episode I've already watched but the most annoying part is the buffering. Other than those problems it is pretty stable.

I have had little problems with the app itself, my problem is a tad petty but I'm giving it 3/5 because of the fact they took away both nicks plat and boomerang with little to no notice. They said it was based off of feedback but I got no emails, no updates on the app or Facebook (mind you I pay for premium) and there were no polls or any indication that they had reached out to their costumers regarding this decision. I'm just disappointed.
