Jordan Henderson has fan request ahead of Liverpool vs Chelsea

Liverpool welcome Chelsea to Anfield in the Premier League on Saturday evening in what will be the biggest test for either side so far this season.

The Reds have beaten both Norwich City and Burnley in their opening two games, while Chelsea have overcome Crystal Palace and Arsenal.

Anfield was at full capacity for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic last weekend as Diogo Jota and Sadio Mane fired Jurgen Klopp's side to a second consecutive victory.

Now, the Reds will need the ground to be in full voice once again when they host Thomas Tuchel's side this evening.

Liverpool's Jordan Henderson reflected on the atmosphere against Burnley and the extra push the fans give the team.

Choose the Liverpool line up vs Chelsea as Klopp deals with selection headache

We're giving Echo readers the chance to pick the Liverpool line-up to face Chelsea this evening.

Liverpool face Chelsea at Anfield on Saturday afternoon in what will be the biggest test for either side so far this season.

The Reds have comfortably beaten Norwich City 3-0 and Burnley 2-0 in their opening two fixtures whilst Chelsea have overcome Crystal Palace and Arsenal by identical scorelines.

After a successful first six months with the London club, which saw them win the Champions League, Thomas Tuchel is now in search of a Premier League title.

They signed Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan earlier this month for a reported £97.5 million fee in a bid to boost their chances and many are tipping Chelsea to challenge this season.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are looking to reclaim the title after Manchester City were once again crowned champions last term.

Former Manchester United defender and pundit Gary Neville believes Saturday's clash between the pair will be a clear indicator of where both teams are at currently.
