Killer Sudoku: 200 Medium & Hard Sums Sudoku Puzzles for Adults (Sums Sudoku M-H) by Andrew M. Manovic Review

These are well constructed Killer Sudoku puzzles, very close to what I've thus far regarded as the gold standard: the "Killer" and "Ultimate Killer" Sudoku series of puzzle books published by The Times of London. As usual, no particular mathematical sophistication (beyond simple addition and subtraction) is required: All puzzles are eminently solvable through deductive reasoning. Anyone secondary school and older will enjoy working on them and the satisfaction of solving them. If I were to suggest any improvement, it would be for Mr. Manovic to include a table of cage combinations the way The Times series does. One can reconstruct those possibilities without a table, of course, so the omission is not a big deal, but that reconstruction is not mentally challenging and detracts a little bit from the enjoyment now and then. I recommend this book to all Killer Sudoku/Sumduko lovers.

I loved this book. I am on number 199 and looking for other books by this author. The large font helped. The puzzles would have me thinking, "Oh, you have got this! Too easy.😢" Then the next one or more would kick my butt! 😆
