The diagrams and models mean that the approaches stuck in my memory really easily. There's lots of detailed insights for one-to-one or group situations and also for self-coaching. The chapter themes also make it easy to find the idea you want that relates to the particular challenge your facing. I'm sure I'll be reaching for this book regularly.
