Terrible! It is poorly and oddly written. You either need to be at genius level (this cook book helped me realize how far away I am from that) or a professional chef to get anything from this! Idk about everyone else but many of these ingredients the stores in my area not only don’t carry them but have never heard of them! What is cleaved red chime pepper? Or green bean stew slashed? What does that even mean?Waste of money and is in the trash.

I have tried lots of book it's one of the best book. I read this book I can know how to work Plant-Based Diet. It is a very resourceful book for an easy diet plan. I have tried this book its give me a better result. It is a perfect book for me. I am completely satisfied with this book.
