I enjoy that I have this book as a reference, it's full of good tips and ideas along with thenutritional information for each recipe. The only thing I am disappointed in is that all the pages have been photocopied so the picture of the food are in black and white. Having the pictures color is what makes the meal look more appealing. I am excited to start making my plant based meals.

I really enjoyed cooking these recipes, many of my peers aren’t plant based and now when they ask where do I get my protein from, I can just show them this!

I love this book! It’s makes cooking convenient for me. I don’t have to search through the net just to find high-protein plant-based meals that I can cook. I am using the recipes every day since I bought a copy of this book. I highly recommend it!
