Whether you are man, woman, young, or old, this book WILL apply to you. Christa’s personable yet thought-provoking writing brought me to Christ again and again. It is not a long book, which allows the reader to not feel overwhelmed with “to-dos” and “how-tos”. Christa shares examples from her own life to guide the reader to run to Jesus every moment of every day. This is one I will be reading at least annually if not more!!! Pick up this book, you’ll never regret it.

As you read this book, you feel as if Christa is sitting there with you telling you about her experiences and how Jesus taught her to bring everything to him. Her thoughts are backed up by Scripture. Her writing stirs and pricks your conscience-not because she is accusing the reader, but because she is describing her failures and learning experiences. It is very easy to relate to Christa as you read her book. I recommended this book to my husband (who is a pastor) because the truth of this book is not just for women!

Feed your soul with this little book. Christa brings the word of God to you in a new light, one that I feel is desperately needed among women in this day and age. As a stay at home mom, it really spoke to me on so many levels. It is so easy in today’s political climate, liberal worldview, among many other things, to focus on yourself and not on Jesus. To worry more about how you feel and what you get out of life, then what Jesus has already poured into you and what you can do to glorify Him. A wonderful read, highly recommend it!

A firm and gentle reminder that God wants me to come to Him at all times. Perhaps the most helpful part for me was the reminder of who it is that I’m coming to. The loving, celebrating, forgiving Father.

A short but powerful books that encourages the reader to come to Jesus with everything. Christa shares deeply personal stories of how God has worked in her life to do this very thing. It is a short but powerful book that clearly provides guidance on what it looks like to draw near to Jesus through all life brings each and every day. I definitely recommend this book! I read it all one Sunday afternoon and I’m currently finishing my second go through!
