I just love the ideas in this book and especially that I'm not being told to be on a diet and eat prescribed foods every day which makes me miserable. Instead of a diet, the author shares lots of strategies from a variety of angles including the part our thoughts play in our successes and failures; I look forward to using his suggestions to get healthier. Charles has an easy way of writing with humor and by sharing his own experiences. He makes things easy to understand with lots of links to other helpful resources as well.

This book is phenomenal. Not a wasted word throughout, well written and insightful.My wife and I are both full time working professionals with a 9-month old daughter and this book is helping us cut through the massively inflated health and fitness industry to identify what will work for us to promote our positive health.

This book is a great resource for people of any age to get a grasp on what they can do to better their health. I found it refreshing to read, no nonsense, and just lays it out there for you. I would recommend it to anyone looking for some great advice from a seasoned professional. 2 thumbs up, I'd give it more if I had more thumbs!
