I found this book to be an easy read and straight to the point. We must change our habits to be successful in any thing, especially living a healthy life to lose weight and maintain weight loss. This books offers many suggestions on how to do this, even if you have unsuccessful days or meals. It is a life style change which results in good habits. Eliminating processed food and eating the foods that are naturally good for you are must habit. Exercise is a must for your body as well as your mind. Personally, I eat a Plant Based Diet, but, at one time I was eating a lot of processed foods. When I eliminated processed foods from my diet. I naturally loss weigh and easily maintain my weigh loss. Eating the right foods helps me to know when I am hungry and to stop overeating. Which in my case I no longer have count calories. However, I know some people do have to count calories to stay focus and depending on the type of food they eat. With that said I would recommend this book.
