Lots if great information and shortcuts to stress management. Simple and easy to understand techniques for meditation and relaxation. This book has a combination of guided exercises which I have not found in other books.Not a book of theory or academic discussion. This is practical and useful.

I loved that this guide to meditation is so accessible. I believe that anyone can achieve relief from the stress of daily life by following the simple instructions in this well written book. You don’t need to be a yogi on a mountain top, (see Bathroom Meditations), perfect for a busy Mom or burning out worker bee.
