Straight talk about the importance of our thoughts creating the reality we experience. With great insights into how we allow our 'altered ego' to control our thinking taking us down in our relationship with ourselves and thus creating pain, suffering, depression and loss of joy. Throughout the teachings, Ramtha gives us many ideas to think about and to incorporate into our thinking which lead to a greater joy and to raising our knowledge of who we really are. These steps have helped me find a more joyous and beautiful expression of life and I have identified those 'beliefs' I accepted that have held me back and released them. No longer bringing forth those old beliefs from the past I now am able to see my future in an entirely different and positive path. I am raising my level of self-esteem, dropping my old habits of self-sabotage, and creating each day to be what I wish to be in my Future Now. I have gained so much from this book and highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about changing their life for the better and who is willing to take a deep look at what they have created. No one is coming to save us but us. My love level for myself has grown tremendously and now I share it with All by being the Isness that the All is. Love to all.
This truly is a great book to have while on your journey, wherever you are in or on your journey. It's contents are so uplifting you will find yourself returning again and again toread what has inspired you most throughout the book. Strongly recommended. It's truly magic!
We can find so many thing that we wish we could do differently or should have done differently. So many times I have felt that I am not good enough for this or that. But you know what, If I didn't experience all of those things in my life I wouldn't be the person I am becoming in each moment of my life. If you do not experience life then you do not grow. Only experience create wisdom, not theory. Always Love Who You Are. Become aware of all your thoughts because those thoughts will become your tomorrows.
A phenomenal and life changing spiritual piece. After having explored spirituality in many writing, religions and philosophies this amazing book is the one that rings the most true to me in many different ways. My advice - get it. You can't go wrong.
If you think you may be more that just a human being this book along with his " White Book" are a life line. I can open this book at random and most often I find answers to my questions.
