I bought a copy of this book to learn more about cbd oil as medical alternative for pain relief for my knees. Greenberg shares how cannabidiol effects the body, what it is and why it is safe, which is most important to me with everything going on in the pharmaceutical world. She also shares which health conditions are helped by cannabidiol, using it and how much is needed. She does share her own website where she offers organic products.My friends have used CBD oil with great success and after reading this, I will definitely consider going this route. I know I am well informed.

Intelligent knowledge about eating well for health and weight loss is easy to get. But when any sugared substance is a long-time habit and you really want freedom from it, discovering more about the emotions and thoughts involved is the key; at least that was true for me. Rena Greenberg has a very agreeable way of explaining the "why" of her method, and a very practical way of describing the step-by-step "how" in order to make it clear and doable. I was especially grateful for the walk-through examples of exactly how to relax and guide inner thoughts, without any metaphysical weirdness. I have had success using her wise and scientifically true writing, even adjusting it to my individual taste. I would share this book with anyone who wants to overcome the addiction!

Like most people, I've been on the merry go round with dieting for all my life. And - you guessed it - some things have worked but not for long.In retrospect, there is a very good reason why this has happened.This book is absolutely life changing. It puts the whole picture together and has you draw on your "wise self" to make decisions about food, exercise and your sense of well being. What's more important, is Rena teaches you step by step how to do this in a systematic way.Working with her material has been a phenomenal experience for me.In terms of effects, things have changed very steadily. The first thing I noticed was that I could sleep through the night. Then, the aches and pains started diminishing. Then, my energy came back and before you know it, I'm looking forward to walking my dog every night (and I used to hate being outside) doing Power Yoga and meditating.They are no longer a struggle for me but instead have become an integral part of my daily life.Not to mention, I've been losing weight slowly and steadily. I highly recommend this book.I have all the rest of her materials as well including her other book and CD set. Having all these tools at my disposal is amazing - I feel so supported and I don't even know her!Thank you Rena. You've changed my life. . . . for the better!!

Excellent book on ways of curing addictions of all kinds, but the action is needed, one needs to be ready to do their homework. Great ideas and plans to free one from all addictions and I am taking baby steps to free myself from several bad habits. Bad habits (even small ones) can be difficult to break that we have learned through the years, but I am finally ready to take action after being inspired by this book.

One of the best books around on overall well-being and ways to eat healthier and be well! Rena's has a wonderful knack for sharing her wisdom in a way that isn't forced, but rather allows you to learn and apply what works for you! Rena has a brilliant ideas to get us over that sugar hurdle and back into complete well-being.
