I liked intro with Keto diet summary.I did not like the meal plan—don’t think these ever work. Need to simplify. Most people don’t want to prep or cook 21 different dishes per week. Besides I prefer cooking enough for leftovers.Last but most important I am a great cook and several recipes I tried just don’t do it eg Pork chops with heavy cream gravy. Tasteless. Super Chili needs a lot of additional ingredients to make it really tasty!

The recipes are real world and don't require crazy ingredients. The meal plans detailed and easy to follow. There are enough for 21 days. Everyone should be able to find their favorites. Common sense recipes. No pictures is the only negative.
