Fermentation is really hot right now and this book is a great resource for anyone who wants to start making their own living foods. From more advanced things like kombucha, to sauerkraut and kimchi, the authors guide you through equipment, ingredients, technique and the underlying science of what's happening with the recipes. Given how expensive many prepared fermented foods are and how cheaply you can make your own with simple ingredients and a bit of time, this book is definitely worth the investment.
